Dr. Thomas Niederman is excited to be joining the Hematology Oncology Associates of the Palm Beaches (HOAPB) effective October 1, 2026 and will continue to serve his patients at the HOAPB offices located at 2300 S. Congress Ave, Suite 103 in Boynton Beach (561-732-2440) and 3450 Lantana Rd, Suite 100 in Lake Worth (561-965-1864).  

The University Cancer Institute, LLC,  office located at 2240 W. Woolbright Road, Suite 415, Boynton Beach, Florida will be closing and ceasing patient operations effective September 30, 2026.  

If you are a current patient and have been seen within the last 3 years, you can request a copy of your records if needed from the HOAPB team at the offices listed above. 

Otherwise, we have retained Cariend, a medical records custodian, to manage the records for the next 10 years. If your last visit in our office was before October 1, 2023, the fastest way to request your medical records is to visit www.cariend.com, then select the “Request Records” tab at the top of their homepage and follow the instructions from there.
